Day Pass
LIVE$220
per day
A single supervised day on one machine family — bring a file, leave with a part. The lowest-friction way onto the floor.
- One machine family for the day
- Resident engineer supervision
- Materials billed at cost
- No commitment
Foundry centers are open floors built around Segal machines and the Foundry OS software. Startups and makers get supervised access to industrial fabrication and the engineers who built it — so a small team can iterate on real hardware without buying a factory.
Hands-on time on all six machine families with a resident engineer on the floor.
The people who built the machines, standing next to you while you run them.
Member pricing and residency materials credit so iteration doesn't break the budget.
A sketch in the morning, a part in your hand the same day — no procurement cycle.
Priority machine booking and a certification track that travels across the network.
Step from Foundry prototype to a contract-manufacture pilot run next to the Shenzhen supply chain.
The same toolpaths the Custom studio runs scale from one-off to bridge production.

A cohort program: dedicated floor time, materials credit, and embedded Segal engineering carrying you from prototype to pilot run.
Every family requires its certification before unsupervised use. Day Pass and Maker run supervised; Startup Team and Residency unlock the full stack.

Foundry OS is the CAD/CAM and job-queue platform that runs every floor: model a part, generate collision-checked toolpaths, reserve a machine, and watch the job run — all from one terminal. Seats are included with Startup Team and Residency, or add them à la carte.

Open and opening, marked honestly. Each card shows which machine families are live and how many residency seats are open right now.
The first Foundry and the proving ground for every machine we ship. 24,000 ft² of floor, a resident engineering team, and round-the-clock machine access for member startups.
Live families
Built for hardware teams working in metal — five-axis machining, DMLS, and large-format waterjet, with a supply chain of regional material partners on tap.
Live families
Our first floor outside North America and the anchor for the European residency program. Commissioning now, with cohort one seating in the next quarter.
Live families
Sited in the world's densest hardware ecosystem to bridge teams from Foundry prototype to contract-manufacture pilot run without crossing an ocean.
Live families
Part of the commitment to put industrial fabrication within reach of founders everywhere. Site selection underway with regional university and accelerator partners.
Live families
Commissioning — none live yet
Planned anchor for the South American network, pairing the full Segal stack with a residency track for the region's growing hardware-startup scene.
