Forge is a single additive platform that scales from a 300mm benchtop cell to a two-cubic-metre gantry. Every build shares the same rigid kinematics, closed-loop thermal control, and first-layer machine vision — so a profile proven on a small machine moves to a large one without re-tuning. The Segal slicer is co-designed with the hardware: it knows the exact thermal mass, motion limits, and tool geometry of the machine it is driving, which is why Forge holds tolerance where open-loop printers drift.

  • Heated, enclosed chamber stabilizes warp-prone engineering polymers.
  • Closed-loop thermal control holds nozzle and bed to ±1 °C through the build.
  • First-layer machine vision aborts and re-homes on adhesion failure before wasting a build.
