Water Jets
Cold cutting almost anything, no heat-affected zone.
200mm
Maximum material thickness
Flux is an abrasive waterjet that cuts cold: a 60,000 psi stream entrains garnet to erode through almost any material — hardened titanium, tempered glass, stone, stacked composite — with no heat-affected zone and no thermal distortion. Dynamic taper compensation tilts the head to deliver a square, finished edge straight off the table, so most parts need no secondary machining. One process, virtually any material, full thickness.
// PROCESS NOTES
- Cold cutting — zero heat-affected zone, no thermal distortion or temper loss.
- Cuts virtually any material, conductive or not, to full thickness.
- Dynamic taper compensation delivers a square, finished edge off the table.
- Garnet recycling cuts abrasive cost on high-volume work.

Which process?
Flux is best for Thick stock, heat-sensitive or non-conductive material, glass/stone/composite, and finished edges with no secondary work. Comparing options? Jump sideways.
3D Printers
Complex geometry, internal channels, low-volume polymer parts and large tooling — no fixturing, near-zero material waste.
CNC Machines
Tight-tolerance metal parts, finished surfaces, threads, and single-setup complex geometry.
Plasma Cutters
Fast, low-cost cutting of conductive plate — steel, stainless, aluminium — in the 3–50 mm range.
Laser Sintering
Support-free complex polymer parts, dense functional metal parts, and consolidated assemblies impossible to machine.
Laser Cutters
Fast, fine, low-kerf cutting of thin-to-medium sheet metal and non-metals, plus high-resolution engraving and marking.
