Laser Cutters
CO₂ and fibre laser cutting and engraving, one platform.
0.025mm
Kerf width
Beam pairs a fibre source for sheet metal with a CO₂ source for non-metals on one motion platform, so a shop can cut steel and engrave acrylic without changing machines. The fibre side slices mild steel, stainless, and aluminium at production speed with a 0.025 mm kerf; the CO₂ side cuts and rasters wood, acrylic, and composites and marks coated or anodized stock at high DPI. The Segal nesting post drives both, with assist-gas profiles and pierce sequencing tuned per material.
// PROCESS NOTES
- Dual-source: fibre for metal, CO₂ for non-metals — one platform, no machine swap.
- Tight 0.025 mm kerf preserves fine detail and packs nests densely.
- Raster and vector engraving to 1200 DPI for marking and signage.
- Assist-gas profiles and pierce sequencing tuned per material by the Segal post.

Which process?
Beam is best for Fast, fine, low-kerf cutting of thin-to-medium sheet metal and non-metals, plus high-resolution engraving and marking. Comparing options? Jump sideways.
3D Printers
Complex geometry, internal channels, low-volume polymer parts and large tooling — no fixturing, near-zero material waste.
CNC Machines
Tight-tolerance metal parts, finished surfaces, threads, and single-setup complex geometry.
Plasma Cutters
Fast, low-cost cutting of conductive plate — steel, stainless, aluminium — in the 3–50 mm range.
Laser Sintering
Support-free complex polymer parts, dense functional metal parts, and consolidated assemblies impossible to machine.
Water Jets
Thick stock, heat-sensitive or non-conductive material, glass/stone/composite, and finished edges with no secondary work.
