Arc is a CNC plasma cutting system built for plate work that has to stay square and clean from the first pierce to the last. Automatic torch height control rides the warp of real plate, and true-hole edge processing keeps bolt holes round instead of tapered. The Segal nesting post packs parts tight, sequences pierces to manage heat, and applies kerf compensation automatically — so the part that comes off the table matches the model.
